To kick off Feast of Canterbury 2011, Tiffanys Restaurant are hosting a lunch with Martin Bosley. Solotti food company has teamed  up with Mauro to sponsor the dessert course, beautiful central otago apricots and fresh fether flake pastry for the apricot tart tatin with cinnamon ice cream.
